Reconnect Revio to Instagram
Walkthrough for Abdullah — quick fix to try first while we keep pressing Revio for clearer answers.
The Instagram account is showing as disconnected in Revio. Aditya thinks that's likely the cause of the syncing and reporting issues — though outbound messages are still going out, so something's clearly still connected at some layer. It's the cheapest thing to try, so let's reconnect first and see what changes before we dig further.

1.Reconnect Steps
-
Open Revio's Instagram settings
Go to app.sbccrm.com/settings/instagram. If you're not logged in, use the credentials below.
Usernameinfo@ghaffarhomes.comPasswordruHjXCGyRLBC -
Click Connect Instagram (or Reconnect)
If the account is showing as disconnected, you'll see a button to link it. Click it to start the authentication flow.
-
Authenticate with Meta / Instagram
You'll be redirected to Instagram's login. Sign in to @ihustlebro (the Elite Flippers account) if prompted, and approve the permissions Revio requests.
Important: The account must be a Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page. If Instagram won't let Revio connect, that's the most likely reason — check at instagram.com → Settings → Account Type. -
Confirm the connection is live
Back in Revio, the Instagram settings page should now show the account as connected. The status indicator should be green / active.
-
Note: outbound is still firing
Outbound messages have been going out the whole time, so this step is really about whether the inbound side starts syncing properly. Aditya already lowered the outbound limit from 15 → 3–5 messages/day to keep Instagram from flagging the account while we sort things out.
-
Let us know it's done
Shoot me a quick text or email me at cam@velli.cc once you've reconnected. I'll loop in Aditya so he can check on their side whether the conversation sync and reports actually start populating. If they don't, he committed to escalating internally.
2.What We Covered on the Call
Quick recap from the 17-minute call with Aditya at Revio (May 15, 2026).
Aditya's Best Guess
The most concrete answer we got was that the disconnected Instagram account is probably behind the syncing issues — Revio was showing 5 conversations while Instagram had 20+, and the reports were empty. That said, outbound is still sending, so the integration clearly isn't fully severed. Aditya was honest that he wasn't sure what was happening end-to-end and would need to escalate internally if reconnecting doesn't clear it up.
Net: we treat the reconnect as step one, not the diagnosis. If sync and reporting don't recover after reconnecting, we push back on Revio for a real answer.
Configuration Fixes Aditya Already Made
- Outbound limit: lowered from 15 → 3–5 messages/day. Their team has seen accounts at 450K+ followers start at 100/day and ramp slowly — at our scale, 3–5 is the safe starting point to avoid Instagram's bot-activity flagging.
- Follow-up schedule: was unchecked — now enabled. Without this, the bot never followed up after the initial outbound. I want to review the follow-up message copy for brand alignment before we go live.
- Autopilot tagging: was off — now on. This is required for the funnel report to populate (tags drive the funnel).
- Lead allocation: already correctly set to the bot. New conversations auto-assign once the connection is restored.
- Training link inconsistency: prompt referenced both
/trainingand/free-training. Aditya confirmed either works.
While we wait on permission to transfer the eliteflippers.com domain, I've set up redirects on the current site so all three training paths route directly to the Webinar Jam landing page. Abdullah and the Revio bot can share any of these — they all resolve correctly:
All three 302 → the Webinar Jam site. We can drop the redirect and serve the page from the eliteflippers.com domain directly once the transfer goes through.
How Outbound Actually Works
Revio scores new followers with an AI model and only sends outbound to leads that fit your profile and are likely to respond. So the 3–5/day cap isn't "the first 3–5 followers" — it's the top 3–5 prospects by score.
Funnel / Reporting
The funnel view is driven by tags. Aditya turned on Autopilot tagging, but for a tag (e.g. "engaged", "free training sent") to show up in the funnel report, it also has to be added to the pipeline settings. I'll handle this once Instagram is back online — including creating a new "Free Training Sent" tag and asking Aditya to add it to the Autopilot prompt.
Calendar Booking is Intentionally Off
We're not trying to book calendar events — the free training does the selling. The bot still replies to messages even with calendar booking disabled, and routes engaged leads to the training link.
Support Channel
The shared Slack channel got cut off when the trial expired. Going forward, all support — issues, billing, contract questions, anything — goes to hello@getrevio.com. Aditya is our direct contact at Revio.
3.Action Items
| You | Reconnect Instagram via the steps above. Re-authenticate if prompted. Confirm outbound is active and let me know. |
| Cam | Review the bot's follow-up messages for brand alignment before they go live again. |
| Cam | Create a "Free Training Sent" tag, add it to the pipeline, and ask Aditya to update the Autopilot prompt to apply it. |
| Aditya | Monitor the account after reconnection to confirm sync is restored. Escalate the outbound bot / reporting sync issue internally if it doesn't clear up. |
